Simplified Inventory Financing with Wells Fargo Commercial Distribution Finance. 1. Dealer orders inventory directly from approved Manufacturer Distributor. 2. Manufacturer Distributor ships inventory direct to dealer. Manufacturer Distributor sends invoice directly to CDF. 4. CDF finances invoice by paying directly to Manufacturer Distributor up to 100 per cent advance funding. 5. CDF sends transaction statement directly to dealer. 6. Dealer makes schedule payments directly to CDF per terms of the financing agreement.
